Date a soulmate from Arcadia, United States. Hi! I've been on and off this website, and had some great relationships but nothing has "stuck" yet. But I have a good feeling, and I know there's someone out there... here goes!!!
So, you maybe thinking "ABC"... yellow on the outside and white on the inside? (I'm more like a "vanilla" or "khaki" rather than white.) I was born in the Mid West, and I've actually become "more Asian" living here in LA for over 12 years now. I do have a very traditional work ethic and commitment to family that Asians are known for. (I know some Cantonese too, but I probably speak better French... and English, of course.)
I love this city, and I know it very well. Yet I always seem to find something around here that facinates me. The diversity of this city fits me well, and I feel equally comfortable @ The London or @ Mickey D's.
I try to maintain a healthy lifestyle by working out 4-5 times a week and eating well. (Yes, I eat my vegetables.) I also enjoy doing various indoor and outdoor activities. Hiking, urban kayaking, bowling, exploring... the list goes on. Anything fun, and I'm game.
I'm a very easy going person, as well as open and honest. I'm happy to share all my life's stories (good and bad)... maybe not on the first date though ;). I also try to help others as much as possible - be it friends, family, or strangers.
I'm looking for an emotionally generous person that has an open mind... willing to try anything just to say they've done it. (What doesn't kill you makes you stronger!) Communication is a must! (Please don't stare off into space while I'm looking right at you.) Also, I always treat others how I would like to be treated, so I've come to expect the same.
