I am retired and have an income that allows my lifestyle to be comfortable, but not extravagant. I am contented with what I have. I am not a big spender, and not a shopper. A day at the mall would be torture for me, but I don't mind looking around at Home Depot or Target.
My life is pretty casual and I am usually dressed in jeans and T-shirts. I can dress up if I have to, and occasionally I do.
I prefer warm weather to cold, although the desert in summer is a bit too hot for me now. I find the climate in Southern California is just about right. I prefer the mountains to the ocean, although the Central Coast area is very appealing. I can be very contented in my own backyard.
