It has been far too long since I visited bars and such and really do not have the interest to do so (except maybe to hang out and enjoy some music) so I thought I would try this site and see what comes of it. Because I am readjusting to being single and add to that being a full-time Dad, I am not exactly looking for something permanent at this very moment. As for myself, I am somewhat taller than average (standing 6'4") and yes I am overweight and no I do not plan on staying this way, I am working my way back to my "fighting weight" so to speak. Now don't get me wrong, I have never, ever been skinny, I simply do not have the body structure for that but I do have work to do to get to Stocky (where I belong).
The other prominent trait I have is my humor. It's a mixture of corny puns, sarcastic comments and insight into the craziness we all live in. I am often referred to as a smart-butt (sorry but censoring preventing me from using the true form of the word) and in the most sarcastic tone I can conjure up I will typically reply "Well of course my butt is smart, it went to school with me". That's me in a nutshell.
Add to all this, I tend to be brutally honest. I tell it like I see it. I am not rude or crass about it but I still do not hide the facts as I see them. I also expect this with someone who I am with. Tell me what is on your mind, if I don't like what you have to say then I will tell ya but I will not hold it against you. This is by no means to say that I am a saint and I never tell a lie, but typically I don't want to bother with lying, it can be very draining.

I just turned 45 years old, but most people I meet wouldn't think so based on both
appearances and the way I carry myself. But, they soon come to realize my experiences,
outlook, and professionalism actually conform to, if not outstrip, my actual age.
I am of Chinese-American ethnicity living in the SF Bay Area.
I attended both undergrad and graduate school at UC Berkeley.
I am a successful professional with a very steady income stream and have invested
continuously since the age of 18.
I love my work, but my future ambitions are to focus more
