Date a soulmate from United States. Here are a few things about me. I have a good life and am grateful for the advantages that that allows. I have good friends, live in beautiful Sonoma, am healthy, have traveled quite a bit, and can pretty much live and work on my projects wherever my computer and cell phone work which gives me a lot of flexibility to live where ever I like.
I am also as comfortable in a rustic retreat and hiking as I am at a five star hotel, or working on rafters on a remodel with a tool belt as I am talking valuations and strategy at an executive board meeting. I was trained as an artistic designer focused architect with an emphasis on finance so I have a designer eye and sensibility and appreciation of beauty, but without being pretentious about it. I am also well read and curious about most everything with a quick, creative, synthesizing intellectual mind that enjoys good humor. I love to exercise and get outside. I also value and love friends, family, wholesomeness, big hearts and minds, healthy good food, good films, learning new things, TED Talks and events, meditation, spiritual and psychological awareness and depth, sexiness and honesty, adventures / travel, and laughter, especially a child's giggles.
I love romance, and affection, and I also enjoy and am pretty good at cooking, being a handy man, and a host of other things like sharing and compromise and after years of work identifying and communicating feelings which gets that deep soulful connection for which there is no substitute. I am also a bit of an alpha male type with focused ambition, tenacity and perseverance. I am said to also be pretty heart centered and can be both compassionate and empathetic. As a result I have focused quite a bit of attention on activities to help make the world a better place and find great fulfillment in contributing to others. That's enough for now. If I were to tell you everything about me then where would be the mystery in that.
I am not doing this match experiment because I need a woman... I feel that life is better in partnership with that special someone and that we are better as human beings in partnership. I am looking for a life long relationship with a special someone who wants a deeply connected, mutually supportive relationship. I imagine she might be paradoxical, like this phrase from Martin Luther King "Power without love is reckless and abusive and Love without power is sentimental and anemic." So I would hope you are able to get dirty and clean up well, able to be responsible and fun and able to take yourself lightly, energetic and able to totally relax, into both the spiritual and material, smart and silly, sexy and sassy as well as reserved and classy, care about your health and what you eat and being clean and organized and exercising and even meditating, but not obsessed about any of it. A woman who can appreciate and be as comfortable around high culture as well as low culture / luxury as well as simple things that often are so much more meaningful and satisfying. I'd love to find a glass half full person who likes nature as well as the city, good conversation, getting ahead by doing good things for others near and far, caring for self and others, knowing what they want as well as being ok with not knowing, a person who likes to learn and share and who is also happy with what they know and do and with me being their biggest fan.
