I love to laugh and truly believe it's medicine for the soul! Having a good sense of humor and not taking yourself too seriously helps to keep drama at a minimum and life on an even keel. One of the first things people notice about me is my smile, and it rarely takes a day off! Of course it helps that I have one wonderful son and two wonderful daughters that spend one night a weekend with me. If you have children as well, you’ll find I’ll welcome them and get along well with kids. I’ve been a teacher for 10 years and have a passion for it. A movie buff, I enjoy quoting lines from movies, which can be annoying, but isn’t all bad. An amateur photographer, I like landscape, action, and fun people shots; and I like cheering on the Lakers, Dodgers, and Cowboys. I love to travel and my latest trip was a bike tour of Ireland which was one of my favorite places to visit. Fortunate to have traveled extensively, there are still places I want to explore, but the experience would be that much richer with the right person to share it. The woman I’m looking for is intelligent and curious with a “go for it” approach to trying new things. Like me, she enjoys the outdoors, exercising and has a balanced approach to a healthy lifestyle.
