Also enjoy going out for a quiet dinner, watching a movie or just relaxing at home. Getting back into running after a long hiatus. My son is still young, so I do a lot of kid stuff too like Disneyland a couple times a year. Not a big camper, but definitely open to doing so, I prefer a cottage on Dillon Beach as opposed to being in a motor home or tent... I don't get to them too often but outdoor concerts or 2nd Saturday in midtown is fun. Weekend (or day) trip to SF once in a while. I enjoy nice conversation over coffee or beer / glass of wine or diner.

I have two great kids (9 and 11) who mean the world to me and I spend a lot of time with them. I love to think, deeply and openly, about all sorts of stuff. Openly is the key. I'm very open to others' opinions and generally vocal with mine . . . NOT judgmental though. I do believe in the Golden Rule and try to live by it.
My exercise these days is running three miles every morning. It's not my favorite way of working out but it fits nicely into the daily schedule. I love a good soccer game, and am thinking about playing in the adult baseball league next year. I've been coaching and umpiring my son's baseball and the bug is kind of catching me again. I played a lot when I was younger.
I love to be out in the world and having fun. I take my kids camping a lot, mostly in the mountains, and started them on backpacking into the wilderness this year. We love to ski. Live music is one of my favorite go out and do something evening activities. I ride motorcycles (have since I was ~10) and usually have an old one I'm restoring/fixing up. I'm pretty easy to get along with, not very demanding, and good at compromising. I have an appreciation for the Buddhist outlook. I subscribe to the idea that a good/happy/fun life is lived one good/happy/fun day at a time. I like to cook (although cooking for my kids means pretty boring simple stuff!) and take care of my old house. I'd like to find someone with a kind heart and a lively spirit. Hopefully, you are adventurous, enjoy the outdoors, open-minded, have a "large soul", and can be serious but don't take yourself too seriously. A great sense of humor is a big plus! I've been divorced six years and am ready for something new and fun.
