Date a soulmate from United States. i like being outdoors and active. i spend most of my free time riding my bikes (road, mountain, touring or cruiser...i know, i know...i have a lot of bikes). i bought a new camper this year and take it to the mountains as much as possible in summer and to the beach often in winter (even though i live 6 blocks from the beach; i can't help it...i love the beach!). i travel quite a bit: i like going somewhere warm at least once per winter (baja, hawaii, australia). i have family in the boston area, so i'm there at least once or twice a year too. i've been all over the usa, to europe a half dozen times and to a bunch of other random places. i'm not much for sightseeing; i just love walking around strange cities and country sides; getting lost and see where i end up. i don't go out a whole lot at night; and when i do it's usually just walking down to capitola village for dinner and a cocktail with friends.
i'm recently out of a long term relationship, so i'm not sure if i'm ready to date yet. but i thought i'd join here and start seeing what's out there. i'm a firm believer that life is beautiful, fun and way too short. i always tell people: "if i fell over dead right now, there would be a smile on my face from all the wonderful living i've done".
