I'm young at heart, very healthy, look and feel much younger than my age. My doctor likes to joke that I'm a marvel. It's so simple: Go on a 2 hour leisurely bike ride three times a week and play a lot of golf, tennis and racquetball. Take my vitamins and eat lots of fruits and veggies. (I love cantalope, blackberries, tangerines, strawberries and mangoes). Eat an apple a day and everything else in moderation. Drink a glass of red wine everyday. Now if I could only get rid of the aches in my lower back.
I like to travel, like the beach, Key West, Malibu, Laguna, Vegas, La Jolla, Santa Barbara, Lake Arrowhead, Maui, the Caribbean, Key Biscayne, Ipanema, the French Rivera, Cape Cod and Havana.
I like walks on the beach, star-gazing, laying in the sun, polo, golf, tennis, racquetball, El Paseo Blvd., the River shopping center, the McCallum theater, concerts (I've seen a lot of the legends, including Sinatra, Rolling Stones, Michael Jackson and Sade; watch her DVD "Sade Live" it's awesome.), movies, Net Flix, reggae (is there anything better than Peter Tosh singing "Pick My Self Up" or "Don't Look Back" ) Starbucks, backgammon, skin-diving in the Florida Keys (the ocean there is so much prettier, calmer, warmer and clearer than the Pacific), wine and food festivals, reading, margaritas on a hot day, a nice bottle of wine and almond champange.
(I like to do a lot of different things. While I love playing golf at my country club, that doesn't mean I want to play golf every day. I lead a very fun life and do not want to be stuck in a rut doing the same things everyday.)
