I'm also in a wheelchair, BUT don't trip. I work harder to stay in shape, eat right and take care of myself. I work full time, great career, love making people laugh, i'm house trained, always stay on my mat at the back door like a good boy! I'm serious when i have to be, conservative politically on most things, LOVE music whenever i can, radio talk and any excuse to be outside! I spend way too much time sunbathing and listening to Giants games, but could be worse, huh? I think politics is "fun" to observe and pick out the lies, its true comedy at its worst!! I'm comfortable talking to a socialite as i am a homeless person. I don't judge, but i'm sarcastic as hell!! I don't smother and know when to shut up and give space. I like to open doors for anyone and say hello to everyone i pass no matter who. I'm considerate to a fault sometimes, but reeling it in now. OH YEAH, fishing, love it and need to get back into it! Is this fishing???? I'm looking for a woman who likes herself and isn't too complicated and doesn't spend her time impressing others I'm very open, a giver, romantic and enjoy pleasing. Someone to watch late movies with, drive to the coast on the weekend, Santa Cruz, a few Giants games, concerts, dinner, throw rocks at cars, rip on politicians, or just watch the sun go down with. I grew up in the country, so i like anything to do with being outside. I'm number 9 of 14 brothers and sisters, so its a good thing we had room. I played the banjo and later the guitar growing up. Played soccer, baseball and basketball in school and loved doing anything physical. I worked as a carpenter up until my accident in 1996. Built custom homes in Los Altos, Palo Alto, Menlo Park, south bay, etc. Once i ended up in a chair, i went back to school, got my AA in Manufacturing Design, did a year internship at NASA, then got my current job as a Design Drafter for a big defense contractor in Sunnvale where i live. I never thought i'd enjoy working inside a building, but i've been there 11 years, still love what i do and the people i work with. I have 2 grow kids, 22 a 20 who i miss now that they aren't around much. Yes, had kids early and wouldn't change a thing except the marriage thing. I love camping, not sleeping staring at the stars Saturday mornings at the farmers market, laughing at anything i can and then some! I'm not into the bar scene, not into clubs, but an occasional outing would be just fine. A drink once in a while with a good friend is cool, but not into drinking. I don't care if my partner drinks, but no alcoholics please. Fun is cool, excess all the time is not. I like every kind of food and love to eat!! I'm very easy to get along with, don't play games of any type and hae always been very direct. I'm kind, thoughtfull and never turn my back on the ones i love. OH, i'm housetrained!!
