I live just a few minutes from the beach and being near the ocean is one of the most peaceful places I know. I relocated here from San Francisco (please don't call it "Frisco") a few years ago for work. I absolutely love the weather, random celebrity sightings, and my commute down PCH to Santa Monica (but, not on trash days).
I am quite comfortable in jeans, a pair of boots and a t-shirt. I can rock a little black dress with bold lips and stilettos too. They will also entertain you, at my expense, by telling you stories about my childhood. My best friend will tell you that I am known for making nonsensical observations and silly quips that make her laugh out loud and ponder. Another friend will tell you that I made him look great in front of his boss . . . And, I will tell you that I don't take myself too seriously, I can banter on end with you and seldom am at a loss for words. I am hard-wired to be compassionate too. When you are sick I will take care of you and when you get a promotion at work, I will take us out to celebrate, and you know what, if you ever need help with your resume, I will write it for you.
