If you were sitting in front of me and asked me to shamelessly describe myself in ten words, I'd say the following: Easy-going, educated, confident, affectionate, family oriented, focused, dedicated, quick-witted and quarky. I come from a pretty tight family, but not too tight to welcome one more. I'm blessed to have the relationship I have with them. They are pretty cooky but amazing. By no means do I paint the picture of a perfect family, but I would not trade them in! By the way, I am the coolest aunt ever! (It is true, I have been told). LOL
The person I respect the most in my life is my mother. She taught our family I self-worth, integrity, honesty and compassion; all through her own example. I hope to one day be able to share these values with my own family.
I'm involved with a non-profit that serves children with cancer. Through my experiences with them I have learned to appreciate my life, my health and the amazing people that surround me. It's been a wonderful, yet humbling experience.
I'd appreciate a man with a sense of humor; someone that can make me laugh, as well as not be too serious to laugh at himself. A man of conviction and integrity. Family is important to me so he must hold family as a priority in his life, as well as appreciate his friendships. Willingness to share his time with a good cause is a plus!

I'm equally happy staying indoors and cozying up on the couch and being outdoors - running, hiking, camping, biking. At times I'm a goofball.
