How do you describe yourself in a few words, well I suppose my closest friends would say that I am a "true friend". What does that mean? Well I guess I would say, I am loyal, I tell it like it is, no BS! I think you should appreciate what you have and live in the "now". I am the type of person that is not glued to my cell phone, and appreciate a guy that is not glued to his either; of course in less you are a brain surgeon, do you really need that phone on when you are on the treadmill? I mean come on, what did we do without cell phones for all those years? ....I like to laugh, enjoy spending time around friends and family. I like a variety of different activities which include: watching football/hockey (I grew up watching games with my dad), love to golf, love hiking, biking, and sailing, pretty much the outdoors in general. I love going out and spending time with my friends dancing, listenting to music (I pretty much like all kinds but am drawn to rock, old school, jazz/blues), but can appreciate and enjoy a relaxing night at home as well. I played sports through college so I can be somewhat competitive (not so much with others but myself), but know how to have fun at the same time. I am a happy, fulfilled, fun loving person who would love to have a friend to travel the world with or at least CA. I moved to the Sacramento area a few years ago and traveled for work quite a bit. I still have a lot to explore and would love to have someone to do it with.
I am very family oriented but independent also. I consider myself flexible and usually like people that are middle of the road on their opinions. I love my dog and would have to be with someone who likes animals. We all have deal breakers. I like many different things. I enjoy sunsets, music, dancing, laughing until my stomach hurts, fresh flowers on my table, pumpkin spice latte's, bookstores, hugs from my nieces and nephews and always open trying new things. In my spare time I enjoy reading a good book, movies, opera, broadway shows, comedy shows, live concerts and museums. I don't make it out to the club scene that much, but dancing is fun.
