ok about me. I worked in technology for the last few decades. It was fun, I earned the respect of many coworkers (very highly educated good people) whom I also respected. I have nothing left to prove in that area I made my contributions, I was the kind that when there was a problem, it was in my mind when I went to sleep and again when I woke up, I couldn't shake it until it was solved. The last such job involved a very toxic atmosphere and I was very glad when it was over. I've had a few good friends prematurely pass on to the next life and although it would be next to impossible to prove, the causes were job related.
Today I am very happy to be away from all that, the income is not the same sure but the peace of mind is more than worth it.
I have the time now to do the things I enjoy most, day to day and focus on health.
