I think when it comes down to it finding a way to be happy is the
greatest thing one can do. It's also the key to being able to love someone else. I'm happy with who I am; love myself in a healthy way so that I'm able to love someone else.
And the word wonder. It's something I feel full of every day. Song birds in the spring. Sweet soulful eyes looking my way. The warmth of a soft touch. Observing kindness between people. These are a few of my favorite things; things that inspire me to believe
that there is more to be excited about in life than to be afraid of.
On the other hand. I've had my share of bumps in the road. How do you find happiness when things don't go your way? Once I figured out that that life isn't always fair; that I better learn to deal with it, happiness seemed easier to come by. One of my favorite quotes is "pain is inevitable but suffering is an option". Another one is "attitude, it's what makes the difference between and ordeal and an adventure".
