It is so hard to write about yourself without feeling a little bit like a used car salesman. At the risk of sounding like a cliche', here is my Blue Book version of my life story. I am very down to earth. I love to laugh and have fun and I have been told that I have a kind heart and soul. I have come to a time in my life that I would really love to have someone that I could care for, make decisions with and enjoy time with. I am on Match to find that special man that I can call my best friend! Someone who can make me laugh and make me feel special.
When I have free time I love to do all kinds of things. I love watching sports, especially football!! I won't even fight you for the remote...unless you don't like sports.:( I love to travel, try new restaurants or hole in the wall bars/diners. Day trips up or down the coast are the best!! I love going to concerts, camping, B.B.Q'ing, shopping with friends, movies at home, or in the theaters, riding bikes, sailing, kayaking, listening to all types of music, reading...pretty much anything, especially if it was with someone special.

Meet a soulmate from Long Beach, United States. Yikes... how to describe myself? First, Ive been told I look way better in person, so hang with the picture thing, I am working on it. Im fit and thin, I work out 3-5 times a week, and walk my dog daily and sometimes he walks me, bless his heart. I have my own business, house and I am mentally in good shape. I have a charity I give my time to and that is fun for me. I Im easy going, sassy, sexy, sarcastic, feminine, and a great friend. Loyal like a puppy to those i care about, and not so into those with motives. As for the baggage thing, very little, I am friends with my ex and our son wins. The end. Thats my baggage. I love to take off on the weekends (son with his dad every weekend) and goof off with my friends. I have been blessed to have traveled this great planet, and look forward to so much more. I cook pretty well, so Ive been told, and occasionally work parties and teach classes.
So what am I looking for... an emotionally available significant other. Someone that is my friend, confidant, lover and who will let me rock their world. Yes, I said that! Im not looking for a slam and jam, nor is my goal in life to get married and have kids. We will figure out the details... anything is possible.

This is what being on this site is for me...the fork in the road. So, encouraged by family and friends, I have decided to go for it. But to describe myself or what I think I am in a few paragraphs is daunting. So here goes:
I am a fun-loving, young at heart girl who tries to always see the bright side of things...there is ALWAYS a bright side.
I am a great mother, daughter, sister and friend. (I would walk through medical waste for the people I love!)
I value loyalty and honesty and believe it to be important in any relationship - whether it be friendship or intimate.
I like to think I'm just a normal person without hang ups, drama or too much baggage - though everyone's got a little. My upbringing didn't allow too much of either. With four brothers there's wasn't a lot of tolerance for that. :) Thank goodness! (love those men-o-mine!) But you'd have to be the judge. Maybe I am certifiable!!! Ignorance is bliss...
I have two great kids - one in college and the other in high school who are the best...funny and fun! I love being aroud them and their friends, but not like the wanna be youngster trying to fit in (that's weird...sorry).
My idea of fun is getting together with friends having dinner and laughing til our sides hurt. Hiking, biking, skiing, just about anything outdoors sounds great to me. But I like to hang at home watching movies, working in the yard (love to garden) or being in a cozy chair engrossed in a good read.
All that's missing for me is a special someone. I truly am happy and at a great place in my life. Just miss the holding hands, cuddling, talking about...stuff.

I too, as everyone else, love a great sense of humor. Dry, witty and often sarcastic. My family as well as I tend to be goofy and silly, quite out of the ordinary. Nerf gun fights often break out at family gatherings and a spontaneous water fight can change a lazy afternoon into a good nights sleep.
I am honest, loyal, hard working, intelligent, great at problem solving, good cook, fun, romantic, sentimental, adventurous and just plain nice. I stand firm in my beliefs, admit when I am wrong with a sincere apology (kisses too) and give credit when credit is due. I am affectionate and want the same in return. Trust......without it, there is no relationship.
I'm looking for the type of guy that doesn't litter or park in a handicap spot with their mothers parking placard. To me, that says a lot about a person. Character, integrity and morals. These qualities are hard to come by, but by no means am I looking for the all American boy scout. Adventurous, hard working, proud, but humble, must have flaws.
