I am at a point in my life wherein I find myself happy but am ready to "share' my happiness with someone special. I am blessed with a very loving family and so many true friends (most from childhood) and even more friendships with people from "life". I am lucky!
I am looking for one who believes that communication, honesty, truth, respect and unconditional love are all equally important in building a happy relationship. Life has its ups and downs but I would be willing to sacrifice for the sake of "our" well-being. I don't believe that there's such thing as a "perfect life' as we all have made mistakes and hopefully learned from them. The growing process never ends.
I am a strong believer in respect, morals, ethics and manners. I have "old-school" values. I believe in Karma. I have faith in God.
I like to smile. I like to laugh. I am not afraid to cry. No drama. I like to share but I protect my privacy. I like my job. I work hard. I like my time off. I like the simple life. I don't mind enjoying the finer things in life every so often. I'm not materialistic. I don't believe that money defines a person. The inner beauty of a person is so much more valuable than what is projected on the outside. I value the opinion of others and I'm okay with agreeing to disagree. I believe in diversity. I believe that I am pretty good at "reading" people. I love to look at pictures but don't like to be in them. As a child I was shy. I love to be around children for their innocence is priceless. I love to converse with senior citizens as their experiences in life teaches me wisdom. I've learned how to not waste time making the same mistakes someone else has made and instead make new ones. My profession is more people oriented. My skills with modern technology are somewhat limited. I enjoy my quiet time alone but also enjoy the company of others. I'm an optimist. Negative people are toxic and life is too short to waste too much time on them. I love being by the beach. I love the warmth of the sun and I've learned how to tolerate the cold.
