i was born and raised in connecticut and after high school, moved to oregon with my parents and i attended the university of oregon (go ducks!!!) afterwards, i moved to la/oc, last summer i moved back to ct to be closer to family and now i'm back in la/oc.

I'm adventurous, I like to cook, am in to being healthy, and play sports, but doesn't almost everyone? I am a well rounded person and I like a lot of things...I'm the type of person that is kind of good at almost everything but not extremely good at any one thing (if that makes since !?!?). We all have our bucket list of what we want in another person but lets be honest, an attractive, funny, smart, driven person or whatever other cliche things people say doesn't guarantee a forever kind of relationship. Not to discredit those, I think we all want similar things but there are a few items that are far more important. So what I want in a person is also who I will be. If you want someone that is loving, patient, always has your best interest at heart and is selfless then you must also be those things. A successful relationship = being selfless. If both people focus on "what can I put into this" not "what can I get out of this" and always have the other persons best interest at heart then it will be a fun, carefree relationship. Not a lot of work-like hanging with a best friend only of course you have physical attraction and chemistry on top of that :-)
I want to be with someone that can appreciate the little things in life and create fun out of nothing. I wouldn't want to be with someone that thinks the purpose of life is to be successful and have lots of stuff and money. Its nice to have money to do things but the best things in life cannot be bought!
I actually am not one of those girls that has a long list of how a guy has to be. There has to be some chemistry but someone's character and personality is what really attracts me. I want to be with someone that has goals in life, wants to make a difference in people's lives (not just live for themselves) and strives to be a better person, more loving, more patient and more kind.
Anyone that knows me will tell you I always find good in everything and everyone. I crave goodness in the world and whatever I can do with my life to make things better, help people, and bring joy I will. I am certainly not perfect though and although I am proud of who I am I will never be done learning and growing as a person.
In my book marriage is forever and I don't take it lightly. I'm not settling or giving up until I find that person that I click with who will be my best friend forever. We shouldn't be so quick to give our hearts away-my heart is worth fighting for and so is yours.

I like coffee but can go to sleep after drinking it. I hate going to the movies in the middle of a sunny day. The only TV show I like is big bang theory..actually almost never watch TV. Cooking is therapeutic and I love it especially after a crazy day. I play tennis and do photography as a hobby. I love documentaries. Belgian chocolate is the best. I moved to CA by myself when I was 19 and have lived here since. I think spending a week in a third world country should be a requirement in life! I've been to 7 different countries. I have 1 sibling (older brother). Most days I would choose the mountains over the beach. Dream job = photojournalist.
