And I'm a grandma now and loving it! There's an amazing little 9 month old Gertie baby in my life. What a joy. :-) I have a great job that I love and I always make time to enjoy the many OTHER important things in my life -- singing, (occasional gigs in the chorus of two local opera companies) browsing nurseries, camping, campfires, swimming, attending concerts (of ALL kinds - blues / folk / bluegrass / world / classical -- Freight & Salvage / Ashkenaz type music), playing flute, having friends over, doing the NY Times crossword puzzle (in ink of course); and am fairly competitive (maybe a bit compulsive?) at online scrabble ... Gonna lay it out for you...First, I know I should say I am energetic, work out 7 days a week etc., but the truth is I am finally starting to slow down a little. I love where I am in life, and would like to find a man who is comfortable in his own skin, a few extra pounds does not bother me. I actually prefer a man with some meat on his bones! We can continue to strive for more in life, but it should be in moderation. People often mistake my age for 10 years younger, which makes slowing down harder!
