Date someone special from Newhall, United States. I dont even know that I'm doing this yet, that I'm looking yet. However, I am always open to life, and being in love is something I would like to enjoy again. That said, I find the whole concept of a 4000 word "intro" to oneself a difficult task. People are made up of so much more than words, though I myself am an AVID reader ... and no small talker, for that matter. It's just that the meeting, the chemistry, the pheremons, whatever, all have so much to do with it as well, at first. Then there is common likes & dislikes, similar backgrounds, etc., Yet, all those CAN be so utterly different from where your love has landed before and attraction still spring up so strong that commonality becomes of no consequence. Love still happens. I guess that is why I don't put a lot of faith in this ... I just wanted to look at the pictures!
However, to do that, I have to do this. So, here goes:
I have led a more unusual life than some. My jobs have been extremely varied, from working a season on a cattle ranch on the western slope of the Rockies in Colorado to working on private charter sailboats and big "buses-on-the-water" power yachts in Hawaii. I was the Concessions Director (catering, crafts, games, activities & occult) at the original Renaissance Pleasure Faire in the United States, which set the bar for all the many subsequent "fairs" that followed; there are now at least one, if not several fairs or festivals of this sort in as many as 37 states at my last count. I have been an independent Catering Manager for all off site events (weddings, parties, etc.), working out of an Italian restaurant, and a restaurant manager for Stouffers Restaurants, a subsidiary of Nestles' Inc., one of the biggest corporations in the world.
I have also been homeless, lived in an RV, lived in Golden Gate Park in San Francisco, built my own home on the Faire site in Novato where I lived with outdoor plumbing/shower for six years (my all time favorite home), while gardening, animal watching (deer, three kinds of foxes, racoons, skunks, hares and bobcats) and walking to work every day. Now, I live with my brother in a small condo in Southern California.
So, I guess that says something about me. My favorite interests are theatre and all the arts, animals and their habitats, and everything to do with the outdoors (preferably the wild outdoors): camping, hiking, walking, animal watching, gardening and just sitting outside having a BBQ and a beer.
Meet a soulmate from Newhall, United States. I like someone who has a good sense of humor, is not judgmental and is confident and can take care of themselves. I don't smother a man. I like a guy to watch his sports, whatever.
I'm very independent but also like to be close and caring. I really enjoy the beach and want to buy a place there. In the meantime, I like to BBQ, swim in my pool, read, see movies, travel.
I have a great job that I love but it does keep me busy.
I appreciate a solid man, trustworthy and loving. Not one to date more than one guy at a time.
I will admit that looks are important to me especially initially. Age makes no difference to me.
