If this makes me sound like a stuffy academic, I'm so not! I'm a popular culture junkie, and here's my confession: along with standard favorites like Modern Family, my vice is air-puffed reality TV. But then I also love reading peer-reviewed scholarly journal articles. I had a subscription to the LA Phil for almost ten years, but I also love hip-hop. Green juice and In-N-Out. I'm a mash-up of seeming inconsistencies, and I'll love it if you're similarly un-pigeon-hole-able.
