Shasta for 10 consecutive years (certainly not always summiting!) and have sat in many a sweat lodge and ceremonial circle. I have a commitment to doing what it takes to stay as fully alive and vital as possible. My life has been a healthy mixture of the conventional and the not so. I still have a fondness in my heart for counter-culture values while having a very strong capacity to thrive in the world. My spiritual life is very important to me, not the dogma but the direct felt experience of the deeper mystery. I practice both stillness and movement through meditation, yoga and conscious dance (mostly 5Rhythms).
I gravitate toward men who are intelligent, funny, sensual, soulful, embodied and spirited. I value self-awareness, open communication, strength and emotional availability, and I offer these as well.

1. How about picking our fill of blueberries as we explore the Alaskan wilderness, to return to our great base lodge for more exploring the next day or maybe that night as the sun is still high at 1am?
2. How about wandering around South Africa visiting the coastline and the wildlife parks?
3. How about making our way down the coast of Chile towards the southern tip?
4. And while we're there, let's hop over to Iguazu Falls to hear the thundering roar of the waterfalls.
5. Drifting down the Nile in a faluka boat, stopping here and there to explore ancient ruins.
6. How about spending time with the humpbacks and their babies as they sit like torpedos along the continental shelf off the coast of Molakai?
7. How about exploring Loretto (Baja) as decide whether we want to kayak, go hiking, or just sit on the veranda and watch the clouds sail by.
Perhaps we can begin closer to home with:
1. A weekend trip to Ashland, where we can easily go hiking, to a great restaurant, and on see great theatre, and stroll back to a small quaint hotel all without getting in a car.
2. How about a road trip up the coast, coming across the little town of Trinidad before we find a place to tuck in for the night.
3. How about hiking to see the condors as they soar just overhead in the Pinnacles?
4. How about skiing a set of beautiful S turns in the thigh deep powder of Alta's pristine slopes to return to the warmth of a mountain side lodge , fire alight and warm drinks waiting?
Of course, there is the laundry, bills to be paid, and all that. Yet, wouldn't it be a lot more fun to know you are loved, cared for, and cherished all the while you are going about your daily life?

You are fit, laugh easily, possess a sunny temperament, love to learn, compassionate, have a quick and curious mind, truthful, honest .....Oh, and of course, adventursome and know how to initiate and plan fun activities.
