I have a nice situation where I am, taking care of an estate in the gorgeous horse country of Agua Dulce. I would like to find someone who would like to go to swap meets, horse shows, dog shows, lunch, Post Ranch Inn in Big Sur, or a picnic at Vasquez Rocks. I am not planning to get married or live with someone again. Although that would be the ultimate outcome. But I have lived long enough to know that that will most likely not happen. I am comfortable enough living alone.
I don't know if I am really looking for a long term relationship right now. I guess that would depend on the chemestry that may perhaps surface. I would like to meet someone that enjoys going to events or coffee, a gloomy day picnic at the beach, a dog show or especially and art opening. I had to move away from LA for 7 years to take care of my parents and I let myself go physically. There just wasn't anything in Yuma, AZ that I even semi-liked--except for the ice cream section of grocery stores. I am not that far off. Only about 3 months of maintenance should put me back in the fast track. But I really thought I was doomed and had no hope of getting back to LA, which I love so dearly. But I was fortunate enough to get back here, to Agua Dulce, where I have lived before, and am truly thankful for this opportunity.
I moved to LA from La Jolla to get involved in the punk scene in the early 80s. Had a ball there and had a local TV show where I interviewed 135 unsigned bands of Hollywood in the 6 years that the showed aired. Guns n Roses, LA Guns, Faster ****cat, and a whole slew of bands even played at my 30th birthday party in '86, just before they all got famous! Then I taught web design, animation and digital video editing at a local LA College, before I moved to Yuma, AZ, to take care of my parents for the last 6 years of their lives. They were 92 and 98 and were together for 75 years!!! I finally had the opportunity to move back to the LA area, in the beautiful horse country of Agua Dulce!!! It would be the ultimate to find someone right here in Agua Dulce because I LOVE living here. Just a hop, skip and a jump from Hollywood. So I can go stir up the mud and then lay low with the cows.
