E.g., scuba diving or being in the wilderness of Minnesota walking across the frozen Lake Michigan in the middle of winter at midnight just so I could touch Canada. I love the ocean, although, I wouldn't call myself a sun-bather (the sun accelerates the aging process!), but I love the sounds and smells of the ocean and feel very connected to the sea.
