Having been an athlete in my younger years ( gymnastics - 10 yrs in competition- miler swimmer, cross-country runner) my current exercise habits leave something to be desired - I am working on it, though I have no desire to climb Mount Everest, participate in the 'Iron Man' or run a marathon. Now, I walk with Miss Becky - my feamle Airedale - 2-3 miles a day - took up ping-pong again - used to be good at it - probably will add some other activities now that I concluded my moving and settled down.
I have a lovely family, 4 children, 6 grandchildren - we love to spend time together.
I would like to find a happy man without too many hang-ups, unresolved issues and self doubt. He should be self supporting, have a great sense of humor - love the out doors, the arts, music, good conversation - be liberal in politics. I am not crzy about vegetarians - I am great cook and like to have my freinds for dinner. He should like to eat, travel, cook (not important), keep up with what is happening in the world ; sports, politics, etc. possibly: dance and play duplicate bridge.
He does not have to be perfect or share all my interests; just be honest and well rounded like myself. In fact, I like him to share his interests with me. I still have a lot to learn.
