I love getting out for a daily run or bike ride – they make the day go well . . try to get weight training and swimming a couple times a week. From my masters in exercise science I figure to keep the body and mind going I need to try to do 9 to 15 hours of physical activity a week. So most days get at least 30 minutes of vigorous activity.
