Date single man from Larkspur, United States. Yes, you guessed it, I plagiarized my profile title from a recent film starring Steve Carell and Keira Knightley. I thought I'd try it on for size and see how it fits as an intro to my Match bio...
I really would like to have one last best friend, lover and partner until the end of our days. How about you? After all, when we're our age, how many of those days do we really have left? (Even without an earth-destroying asteroid on its way, the number of our days is finite, and frighteningly small.)
I still have not given up hope that you're out there. Somewhere.
What you probably should know about me:
Most everybody describes me as a fairly quiet guy, though you'll find that I'm also direct and quite assertive. I tend toward introversion...and, life-long-learner academic that I am, I love to read. These days, I gravitate toward contemporary novels, and books on health, personal/spiritual growth, and relationships. I'm also an avid photographer (events, architecture, landscapes, and portraits). I like movies, music, hiking, walking, attending festivals, people watching, and avoiding boredom. I thrive on loooong intimate and/or philosophical conversations and many see me as "contemplative." I'm an excellent communicator and have an ongoing commitment to personal growth and development. I walk, hike or go to the gym every day for my physical and emotional health. I am often serious, but, at the same time, it's said I have an excellent sense of humor. I am very hug- and touch-oriented (great hands, I've been told)...and I am also described as authentic, articulate, transparent, intense, intuitive, intelligent, passionate, creative, romantic, and loving.
I am seeking a NON-drinking, open-hearted, honest, caring, sensitive, reflective and self-aware woman to share my life. PLEASE drop me a note (I typically don't respond to "winks") if you are interested in exploring our potential! (Ideally, your message will include your real, as opposed to your match.com, age...and a recent photo, if your online version is dated. BTW, my primary photo is from February 2012.)
