After 40 years of work in construction and the need to go early to bed and early to rise, I am retired, and now can stay up late and sleep-in ( 8:00 to 8:30 am). I have enjoyed being a custom home builder and I would love to build one house a year . However with the present state of the economy, I won't be building any new homes for a while.

I consider my self as: loyal, honest and truthful, with a slight degree of embellishment. I am basically shy by nature.
