Date a soulmate from California, United States. I'm a quiet person who often allows my actions to speak for me. I love to hike, trail run, kayak, cross-country ski/snowshoe, scuba dive/snorkel, standup paddle, and bike (mostly road biking but also some less technical mountain biking). Some of my favorite trips this year have been to the eastern Sierra for fall colors; to the Sea of Cortez for sea kayaking; north shore of Oahu for SUP boarding, hiking, and snokeling with sharks. I would like to find a companion who shares similar interests and is able to get away several times a year for bigger adventures as well as for shorter long weekends to San Francisco, the Sierra, or Monterey for example. I'm comfortable being on my own alone but also enjoy hooking up with a friend or small group of friends on an outing and then having dinner and/or drinks afterwords. I don't really enjoy crowds or big, noisy, social affairs. Professionally I work hard but made a decision a decade ago I was done with 12-14 hour days 6-7 days a week, life is too short!
