I'm originally an Okie from Muskogee, (no kidding) but I grew up in near Washington D.C., then years in New York City.
Now I enjoy living in beautiful San Francisco, surrounded by all the natural wonders of northern California. I was a die hard New Yorker, but I am completely settled into the life style here.
I have the good fortune to love my work. I work in the performing arts here in San Francisco but also in Europe and Asia, so I have terrific friends and "chosen" family all over the place.
Being a theater person, I tend to have an outgoing personality, but most people close to me would say that I'm pretty laid back, and a devoted friend. It's always best to leave the drama at the "office". Honesty and loyalty are exceedingly important values in my life, as is maintaining a vivid sense of humor!
Working in the arts does not mean I am particularly sophisticated. (You can take the boy out of Oklahoma...) Though I clean up good, I tend to be a blue jeans, outdoors kind of guy who is likely to be found listening to Beatles songs or Lyle Lovett.
Though my diet is very healthy and I am quite active, I would love to have a partner to share an even more active lifestyle. For me, exploring challenging physical pursuits is more fun with a friend.
Music is my work, but it doesn't tend to be my pass time. I'm much more into hiking, road trips and exploring restaurants, or just hanging out with my friends.

She described me as a gentleman who has a lot of respect for women who is fun to be with, even at work.
