About me: I'm no cowboy I found the horse and nature took it's natural course. Adequately educated, somewhat regulated. A student of life, no pilgrim to strife and know the difference between a fork and a knife. A fairly good boy, can be coy and a I'm better at being a man than a boy. A teaser, a pleaser, surely no Ebenezer, I keep fit, have an abundance of wit, quite funny, have my own money and I never call the neighbor’s wife honey. I don't go with the flow, pretend I do when I really don’t know, hang with the crowd, and I'm almost beyond with getting too loud. A jack-of all-trades, a master of some, I’m handy, in some ways dandy, and every so often, just plain dumb. A positive thinker, I can be a stinker but try not to fall, hook line and sinker. Visualize two riders side by side, one on a smokey dun, the other on a buttermilk buckskin long trottin' thru the towering Ponderosa pines. Their puppy dogs scamperin' and sniffin' about free to run and roam. Rugged pristine white capped peaks jut into a startling azure blue sky,a meadow of Columbines and Indian Paintbrush, miles and miles of rolling terrain. A dip in the nearby refreshing body of water with the hue of cool blue. Another day in paradise. Wonderful if horses are part of your daily life. There's something about the aroma of a feed store, horse flesh and an often visited tack room. I have been known to bury my face in clothes that have that campfire smoke smell. Aaahhhhhhhh. Wonderful. The patina of weathered leather and buttery soft elk hide chinks. The soft flow of mane hair.
An eternal optimist. Lookin' for that Princess on a White Horse fairy tale, (Besides, hopefully it's either a buckskin , or a blue roan, or a grulla, or a .... :-)
Keep reachin' for your dream, swingin' for that fence, cinchin' up for the ride, and takin' the time to stop and smell the horses.
