Date a man from Pacific Beach, United States. Yes, what you see really IS what you get. Easygoing, down-to-earth, genuine. No drama, no games, no attitude, no BS. My baggage fits easily in the carry-on compartment, with room left over for yours...
Most mornings, you'll find me down by the beach, walking, biking or rollerblading, for fun and fitness. I also hike, golf and ski. I enjoy Balboa Park and Torrey Pines and Julian. I go to lots of movies and like plays and museums as well. I can find pleasure in simple things -- a juicy strawberry (covered in chocolate? yum!); a relaxing massage; snuggling in front of a fire; a picnic under a shady tree...
I'm affectionate and romantic, love to hold hands, cuddle and kiss. Laughter and conversation are high on my list. I'm a good listener and can be very insightful.
I'm a writer, and have self-published 4 novels in the past two years. Three are part of a fantasy/romance series (think Twilight). There's a pic of book one in my photos.
I'm seeking a woman who loves to laugh, to hold hands, to converse, to kiss. She's genuine, knows who she is and what she wants, and knows that "balance" means more than being able to stand on one foot without falling over.
Meet a soulmate from Pacific Beach, United States. I moved here from Las Vegas, after 48 years. I love it here and am looking for a few other new places to go and someone new to explore it with. I am tall and I consider myself to be in pretty good shape for my age. I am blessed with a great set of parents, two sisters, a brother-in-law, a Nice and Nephew and many great friends. I have made many major personal changes in my life over the past 18 years, all for the better. I am finically sound and responsible. Own my own home, well the bank does, plus a few rentals still in Las Vegas. I love my job and its rewards, personal and finical. I have one son, whom I am VERY PROUD OF, he is currently serving in the U.S. Army. I am also a NEW and VERY Proud Grandfather. I enjoy swimming and dancing. I would love to travel to new places around the US and around the world with that special women in my life. Weekend get always are the best when they are taken on the spur of the moment. Some of my other hobbies include taking photos, hiking, swimming and exploring new places. I also enjoy just sitting on my patio, reading the paper ot a good book and watching the sunset.
The woman I would love to share my life with must be able to laugh at herself, my silly jokes and have fun with life. Life is too short to take so seriously. “Life is NOT a dress rehearsal” as they say. I also would love to cook for that special woman, share a bottle of fine wine with some great conversation. I do not like playing "head" games so, you should not either, life is to short for that. Been there, done that already. My ideal match would be comfortable in her own skin. She must be honest to a fault, no game playing at all! Been there done that too. She still has long term goals in life and knows how to obtain them. Likes to be treated like the woman she is. Looks good and feels comfortable in a pair of jeans or an evening gown. She loves to cuddle in front of a cozy fireplace or my fire pit on the patio, share great conversation and a fine bottle of wine until the sun comes up. But most of all she needs to be honest and truthful with herself as well as with me and I will be honest and truthful with her in return. I believe that a relationship should be 100% from BOTH parties to work. If you only give 50% you are not giving yourself completely to that other person, the relationship will eventually fail. A great relationship is much like building a house. You need a good solid foundation to start with then you both can build it up from there. Please do not lie to me. Lying is HUGE deal breaker for me as it should be for you as well. Be honest with yourself first and also with me. Lie to me once, shame on you, lie to me twice, shame on me. Been there done that to.
Live life to its fullest, work hard and play hard. Family, Faith, Friends and Fun are the most 4 important "F's" in my life in that order. Three of my favorite sayings; (1) the light at the end of the tunnel is NOT always the train coming the other way! (2) It's not the day you were born or the day you die that’s important, it’s the dash in the middle that is and (3) leave this world a better place than when you arrived in it.
