I'm a native of San Diego, but lived in Manhattan and San Francisco when I worked for the airline industry. I'm currently employed in the field of education. I'm analytical, artistic, creative, nurturing, super sensitive, highly intelligent, articulate, playful with a good sense of "funny", and a tad feisty. I like to make others laugh and feel at ease, plus I can be a good target of fun. I try to be open and honest about myself and life---at this point, why not.
I'm a world traveler from a very young age (the best education) with multiple trips to Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, plus road trips through the United States. I find traveling humbling as well as enriching when one sees how the majority of people live around the globe. And when things don't go as planned--- the REAL fun begins. After being an alumnus from "World Campus Afloat" (still have my ship key), I worked for a decade as a flight attendant with Trans World Air Lines (still have my wings) to continue my adventures. Upon resigning, I began a new life path in education. Both jobs require working with the general public and survival mandates a good sense of humor--- Laugh a lot or go crazy.
I'm eclectic in my tastes with classic over tones. I appreciate design, art, music, and dance. I understand the car "thing" most men have. Surf and sailing have always been apart of my life. I like sail and power boats. I enjoy sports and occasionally watch men's tennis, baseball, downhill giant slalom. etc. I have also water and snow skied, ridden horses, danced (ballet -yes, toe shoes and still have them too), camped, hiked, and mountain biked---whatever friends did, I did or learned to do.
So, I'm not great at sports ---I'm just a good sport.
Like everyone, I want chemistry with a partner who is sensitive, kind, caring, giving, honest, loyal, compassionate, supportive, offering friendship and unconditional love. We all want that spark that draws us inexplicably to someone else. In reality, these ideals are difficult to find and foster.
