Date a woman from United States. I live in Rutherford. I'm 45 years old, 5'7", 108 lbs. I'm single. I like hiking/walking, stand up paddle boarding and working out. I am self employed. I have a BA in History. I am fun, sophisticated, yet easy going. I like seafood and Japanese food/sashimi. I'd like to meet someone between the ages 45-58.
Meet someone special from United States. I am someone who appreciates the gift of life every single day. Friends have expressed my personality as warm and bubbly, although when we first meet I can be a bit reserved. I am adaptable to most situations and am always looking for what's new around the corner. Yes, I do have a bucket list and try to be diligent about making sure those items are experienced. I can enjoy a quiet day just sitting on the beach and then turn around the next day and appreciate a good belly laugh at a comedy club. Friends and family are extremely important in my life and surround myself with their love and support every chance I get. I have one daughter and one grandson that are the light of my life. Even though they live on the East Coast, we have made a pact to see each other every three months. Time goes by so quickly.
I enjoy traveling both abroad and domestic. I am comfortable traveling alone but we know that life is meant to be shared. My travel adventures can be as simple as camping or as luxurious as staying in a castle. I will toss a pin at the local map and go explore what the area has to offer.
My dog Nascar is my buddy. He loves other dogs which makes traveling with him a pleasure. Dog parks are a must.
I am looking for someone to share life's adventures with. He should be kind, have a sense of humor (including the ability to laugh at himself), takes an interest in his own health and personal appearance, open-minded about trying something new ... let's see, what have I left out? Someone who values the good that life has to offer!

Want to retire or at least move to cheaper place to live (compared to my current high-end rural-small town area of No. CA.) No family ties. Wanted to move to Mexico but it's too dangerous for a single gringa now in the area where my friends live. Need to explore for laid-back area of CA, maybe OR or WA, to move to if cheaper.
Like self-sustaining life-style, don't mind rustic if there is beauty, calm, and relatively mild weather, stability, --a just and stable country.
