My friends would say I'm honest and trustworthy, I love all my friends and family more than anything. I am looking for someone who will of course respect me who I can just have a good time with. I love to laugh and have fun but also enjoy siting out on the beach with someone I care about. I love dogs mostly any type except pugs :) My favorite would have to be golden retrievers like my own. My favorite places have to be California, North Carolina, or anywhere new that I haven't been before.

Meet a girl from California, United States. I picked my username to reflect two very different parts of my personality. I think of my username--and myself, to a point--as a combination of Willy Wonka's chocolate factory and the proof of the quadratic formula. I thoroughly enjoy this self-description, but I guess it doesn't give many solid facts about me, so here are a few:
-I just finished the coursework and student teaching for my teaching credential, and I'm starting a two-summer Master's program at UCI
-I talk a lot when I'm nervous. I also talk a lot when I'm not nervous (but there's a noticeable difference between the two).
-I absolutely love music. My favorite band is The Aquabats, and I've seen them live more than ten times.
-I've played a lot of musical instruments, and I enjoy learning new instruments all the time, but my favorite is upright bass.
-I really enjoy being outdoors; I like hiking and biking best, though I do go sailing sometimes, when the water isn't too rough.
While I am a vegetarian, I've never had trouble maintaining a relationship due to my non-meat-eating tendencies.
The type of man I'm looking for is dedicated in his work and personal life, enjoys going outdoors (hiking and biking are two of my favorite activities, so I hope you like at least one of those!), reads and listens to/seeks out new music voraciously, has a great sense of humor, and is a thoughtful, caring person. Yes, physical characteristics are a factor to a point--I do like a nice smile--but overall, I want to be with a good person who makes me laugh.
I'm definitely looking for something meaningful, serious, and grown-up; a real relationship.

I am originally from up north near Santa Barbara and moved to San Diego for college and have now made my way to Orange County for work. I have been living here for about 2 years now and about 1 year here in Dana point and I absolutely love it here. I have always lived near the beach and I canРІР‚в„ўt imagine my life without it. I love to surf it has always been a passion of mine and even though I have only been a couple of times I also really enjoy stand up paddle boarding. I also love snowboarding as well. I am a huge family oriented person and I would not be the person I am today without them. I am very close to both of my parents and they mean the world to me. I try to spend as much time with them as I can whether they are coming down here or I am going home up north. I enjoy hanging out with my friends. They are also very important to me. We love to go out to dinner, go shopping and of course we like to go out the bars occasionally. I have a dog whom I love dearly. If you asked my friends they would probably tell you that I am obsessed with her. I love to take her to the beach with me, on walks in the harbor and I am hoping to be able to get her on the end of a paddle board sometime soon.
I would love to meet someone who loves my dog as much as I do and would be down to join us for our trips to the beach and walks in the harbor. Some people might even tell you I'm intelligent, despite the blonde hair. I come from a large and very close knit family and can't imagine my life any other way. I also have trouble picturing my life away from the beach. Kayaking, stand up paddle boarding, beach football with the cousins, or layin out with a good book. How could I possibly give all that up? Wearing flip flips year round is a huge plus too :-) Although it's something I kind of fell into, I love being in the restaurant industry. However, I've learned and grown a lot in the last few years and I've figured out who I am and what I'm looking for. I'm looking for someone whose ready to explore what the world has to offer with me.
My family is extremely close and very important to me. I've grown up near the ocean my whole life and realized I don't think I could ever live too far from it. I tried once.. and I only lasted 4 months.. While I'm not a surfer, surfing plays a major role with the people in my family.

I work full time for a camera company and it does consume a lot of my time... I also have 2 rescue dogs that i've adopted within the last 3 years... They can be a handful, but I love them. It's important that whomever I'm with understands "the dog thing".. because they aren't going anywhere..
