As a high energy person I try to live life to the fullest. I don’t have a lot of “hang ups” about the past, but I have certainly learned my fair share of life lessons. I would like to think that I came out of the experience a wiser woman. (At least I think so.) With that said, I’m not afraid to take some risks. I have an optimistic nature so I prefer to see the positive side of things. What that generally means is that if things don’t work out, the drama is minimized because something good usually comes from experience.
Photography and travelling are two of my lifeРІР‚в„ўs passions and I have been lucky enough to do them both at the same time! (DonРІР‚в„ўt worry, if I pack it, IРІР‚в„ўll carry it!)
One of my favorite trips last year was when I hiked the 211 mile John Muir Trail. No doubt about it, itРІР‚в„ўs a tough trip and it certainly shows you who you are, but just as important it provides a spiritual touchstone with nature that I have never been able to duplicate anywhere else. I also absolutely loved photographing wildlife in Africa (the lion and her cubs were my favs). I had to pinch myself several times to believe I was there and seeing these magnificent animals in their natural habitat. Wow! I had a blast with some of my dear friends sailing on a private chartered sailboat in the British Virgin Islands. We stopped at amazing scuba diving spots here and there and jumped overboard to swim and play with the fishies! It was so much fun!
So whatРІР‚в„ўs the bottom line? Why am I here? The optimist in me would ultimately love to meet the man of my dreams. Whether or not this is the right venue for that, I donРІР‚в„ўt know, but it would be great if that happened. Realistically, we would start the safe way by being friends; get to know each other, build some mutual trust and see where it goes from there.
