Moved to Del Mar in 1989 from Michigan and Lived in Newport Beach, Los Gatos, Nashville, Michigan and back to California. Lived in SD till 2001 and moved back to the Balboa Peninsula in Newport Beach before retiring in 2002 when I moved to Hemet. All I can say is I love the weather, the reason I am still here. Plus we have a great pool and a comfortable place to live. All I need is a beautiful woman in my life.
