Date someone special from United States. I work as a nurse in SF and have recently just moved to the city
I love:
Learning, I am always on a an endless expedition to expand my ever growing knowledge (that was almost an alliteration).
Traveling, I backpacked through Europe by myself and recently went to Belize, and am hopefully going to Ecuador this fall.
Being compassionate, independent, clumsy, sarcastic, fun, witty, goofy and making up my own puns (don't groan, they're funny!)
Having intellectual conversations, being passionate about the things I really care about, hearing both sides of an issue, and appreciating life, earth, art and music.
I am honest (sometimes to a fault), driven and a jokester who doesn't take life or myself too seriously.
I am looking for:
Someone who loves music, spending time outside (not necessarily playing sports), and who is as outgoing or more outgoing than me (I have a hard time with quiet people, and sometimes I just need that little push to do crazy things). You should be assertive, driven, with a little edge and think we might get along (bonus points for tattoos and great hair)

Date a soulmate from United States. I enjoy photography and cooking. I bake a delicious pumpkin pie from scratch, and I enjoy cuddling up to watch a scary movie. One goal for 2012 is to read 26 books. I love hiking and exploring new parts of the city. Zombie movies are one of my favorites. I love romance. Trying a new restaurant with my friends is a fun night out. I enjoy going to concerts. I love the SF Giants, during baseball season I try to go to as many games as I can. I want equal, affordable, quality health care for all. I love making people smile. I love taking my dog on walks.
I'm looking for someone who shares my similar interests, who cares for other people and wants to go on adventures with me. I am looking for romance and laughter.
Meet a girl from United States. I'm a fun, easygoing, happy and slightly weird person. I love food. I love exercising and being healthy. I love doing ANYTHING outside, but I also hate being cold (quite the conundrum in a city like SF). I love politics. I love to dance. I dance all the time, even in inappropriate locations like the library when I'm studying for finals. I love painting and coloring.
I'm originally from Israel, and having lived in three different countries in my life, I am happy to say the US is my favorite place to live.
Date someone special from San Francisco, United States. I would classify myself as an old soul. I have a real appreciation for the classics- be it music, literature or film. My friends would describe me as down-to-earth, passionate, hardworking, bubbly, loyal and kind. I love to laugh. I'm laid back and I try not to take the world too seriously. On weekends, you'll find me going on spontaneous road trips, exploring new hike trails, cheering on the Giants, treasure hunting at local flea markets, trying out a new restaurants and taking advantage of anything this great city has to offer.
I don't ask for much. I'm just looking for a smart, playful, compassionate, independent, strong, cultured, sexy man. The simple things are probably most important to me.There is nothing better than someone who can make me smile. I want good friends, dependable people, silly but smart, who are genuine and enjoying life. Life is great but so much more fun when you can share it with someone else. Not everything, not every moment, but two lives that co-mingle and gain strength from times spent in each others company.
Meet single girl from San Francisco, United States. Oh hey, so I'm here and so are you. It's a good thing, I think, being here and taking chances.
So I'm a graphic designer which is awesome and exciting and profoundly challenging at times. I spend a LOT of time doing and thinking about the stuff I want to make, design, wear, own, eat, the places I want to see and live, and whatever else that makes me laugh, think, smile and envy. (I also love using comma's and including many things in one thought so just go with me here.)
I majored in fine art during college because that was the only subject that made me feel powerful. I also played water polo and swam from middle school through college. (I was born and raised in San Diego, a place I would eventually like to be again, and basically everyone and their mother plays water polo there.) Most everything I know came from playing sports and pretty much every great memory I have revolves around being in, going to, leaving from, walking around or playing in a pool. Don't get me wrong, I hated waking up at 5am, having to get into my bathing suit and jump into a pool when it was 45 degrees outside, but those memories are easier to forget.
I love my friends (weird, I know) and try to spend as much time with them as possible. My parents are amazing and taught me so much about life and love, about what it means to fight for the things I want, and what a real relationship is all about - the good and the ugly.
I don't have all the answers about who I am or what I'm going to be doing the rest of my life, but I know I want to love what I do, where I am and who I'm with.
As for you, I want to be with someone who is passionate about whatever they are doing. I find ambition and courage incredibly attractive. I want to be with my best friend, my partner in crime, someone I can laugh with when life is awesome and who can be there when it isn't. I know you are out there, we just haven't found each other yet. Good luck and be brave!

Whether it is a planned getaway or plain short weekend trip I am always up for it.
love sunday brunches and I prefer the outdoors over staying in. Although a nice home made dinner sounds also great.

Date someone special from California, United States. I'm a very laid back girl who doesn't take anything too seriously. I love my friends and family and enjoy every moment I spend with them. I am happiest when lounging on the beach, traveling the world, trying a new restaurant or socializing with good people.
I love living in San Francisco and think it is one of the most beautiful cities in the world! You can't beat a sunny day in the city... listening to live music, hiking the hills or picnicking in the park!
I love my life in the city and I'm really just looking for someone to share it with and join in on the fun. I am looking for someone that makes me laugh. Someone that loves to travel, explore new things, and create adventures... near or far. I admire someone who is compassionate, dedicated, and honest in all aspects of their life. I'm looking for someone to be silly with and enjoy each day as it comes.
Just say hi... I'd love to chat and meet for a drink!
Meet single girl from California, United States. I am born and raised in San Francisco. I currently work for a private equity firm, but am going back to school to get my masters in Organizational Development. I love learning and I am very excited to get the cogs and wheels turning again. I am a social person and I love turning new acquaintances into new friends-- as cheesy as that may sound. I am very interested in hearing about people's histories and stories as I believe I can learn something from everyone.
I love to laugh, but even more so I love to make others laugh. (I'm notorious among my friends for love of puns and limericks.) I'm currently training for my first (and what I suspect will be my last) half marathon. I love being active, but I'd rather be practicing yoga or hiking than running on a treadmill. I am a diehard Giants fan-- when they're up or when they're down. (I must see an unassisted triple play live before I die.) My love of the original Star Wars trilogy was predestined as I was born on "International Star Wars Day"... 'May the fourth be with you.'
Above all I'm looking for a partner in crime. I'm looking for someone who is honest, funny and compassionate...Someone who can get in the car without a destination, stay in cook dinner, watch Dumb and Dumber or Cinema Paradiso-- and appreciate both as genius works of art, try a new restaurant, go to a dive bar, TRAVEL... And any other adventures we can come up with!
I brush my teeth with hot water. Weird? Try it-- you'll be hooked.
Date a soulmate from California, United States. I'm a bay area girl born and raised. I left for college, to get a taste of another part of the country, but promptly returned to the city by the bay as soon as I graduated. I just love this city. I'm currently in law school, so my schedule is anything but normal, but I try to be practical about school so that I still have time to do the things I love, be it relaxing at home with a book and some music or hanging out in a park with friends and a six-pack.
I travel as much as possible (although time for that is relatively limited these days). After studying in France in college, I became completely entranced with Europe. Once I'm done with school in 2 years, I should have both a JD and and LLM in European Business Law, which I'm really excited about (I'm a total law nerd, I've accepted it). There's still plenty of Europe that I want to see, but I think I'd like to head south next and see what the other side of the Equator has to offer. For now I'll just plan and dream. I also have a goal of visiting every state in the US (29 and counting!).
Music is a very important part of my life. Even in law school, I find a place for it, because I would be miserable otherwise. I have a keyboard in my kitchen - it's the only place it fits in my apartment - and I sing with a group at school. I find music - not just listening to it but participating in it's creation - to be one of the best study breaks ever.
When not studying or playing music, I like spend time with my friends, catching up on everything I inevitably miss (what with being in school and all). I am also extremely close with my family and spend a lot of time in Pacifica with them. I have a baby niece who I am completely obsessed with and can brighten the most stressful of days. I like fine wines and dive bars, runs on city streets and lazy Sundays, farmers markets and late night burritos. If I had to describe myself in a few words, I'd say I'm motivated and passionate, artistic and thoughtful, lighthearted and grounded, goofy and...well, some other stuff, too. But if I tell you all about me, where's the mystery?
Meet a girl from California, United States. I love to laugh. I tend to see the lighter side of almost any situation. I'm a vegetarian (not the preachy kind) and I like to go on random drives with my dog.
I smile and talk a million miles a minute when I get nervous, I also like to smile at people as I walk down the street, though here in SF that seems to make some people nervous.
I'm a driven person, I like to have goals, but if they don't work out I'm not scared to change them and move on to the next thing.
I'm the type of person who likes to know a little bit about everything and with the power of Google if I don't know I can pull out my phone and get the answer :)
I like to adventure, spontaneous outings are my favorite. It can be anything from wine tasting (I grew up in Napa so I like a good Cab) to a random night photo excursion. Spontaneity removes expectations and allows for random fun to ensue.
My friends have described me as OCD, and ADD... how those 2 things go together I don't know but once you get to know me it makes senesce.
My ideal match, that's tough because everyone has something to offer. You have to be able to take a joke (did I mention I'm a little sarcastic?) Intelligence and having your own goals is always attractive.
PS: I can't spell. But that doesn't mean I'm not edjumakated (JK) but really I'm a terrible speller.
