Meet someone special from Vista, United States. Heyyyy! My name is Ashley. I really have no clue where to start so I guess I'll just jump in.
I always put my family and friends first. Actually, I try to surround myself with good loving positive people, and I tend to put anyone and their wants and needs before mine.
I love to laugh, the beach and campfires, family, friends, road trips, baseball (the only sport out there that's actually a sport and enjoyable to watch ) :) Family Guy, wine and movie nights in, country and rap music, my dog Cali...the list is endless! Born and raised in Encinitas sooooooo go Padres!
In 2009, I graduated Long Beach State with a B.A. in elementary education. In 2010, I graduated Cal State San Marcos with an elementary teaching credential.
I love kids more than anything in this world. I have known I wanted to be a teacher since I was four. Butttttt I could have not graduated college at a worse time than I did, especially to be a teacher. So I made a decision (to give up everything I know and love here in gorgeous SD pursue my career and passion, which I am very lucky happen to be the same thing) and I moved to Tucson, AZ. This past year I was a first grade teacher and it was the best year of my life so far, hands down. But 2 weeks ago (mid June) I found out the school was downsizing. So as soon as I was establishing a life and amazing friends out there, back to SD I went! Now I'm back with my family and friends and beach where I belong.
I feel as though I am getting older (27 next month) and as much as I would like to be getting younger, let's be honest...we're not! I think it's that time to find someone who shares my interests and passions and goals and start enjoying all of those things together. Life is so much fun with a significant other to enjoy the journey with. It's not what we do, but who we do it with. Sounds corny, I know! But think about it! Road trip to a weekend getaway in Palm Springs...alone? No thanks! With someone who we can't stop making each other laugh and bringing out the best in each other? Yes please! If you think you are similar in thoughts, I can't wait to hear from ya!
