My work schedule is not the easiest to deal with. I travel a lot, which can be fun because I love new experiences. But it can also be stressful and draining. The past year has been challenging, but it's taught me how to keep a healthy balance.

Honestly, I'm on here because I would like to try it out. Traveling as much as I have the past year hasn't made it easy to meet anybody. Fortunately, my traveling has calmed down for the time being.
Also, a side note. One of my goals has always been to have a brighter, better smile. So in February I got braces. They're porcelain (not metal) so they're not as obvious. Let me tell you...being in medical sales with braces isn't the easiest gig. But I know I'm doing something good for myself so that makes it all worth it =)

If I had to summarize my personality as simply as possible, I guess I would belong in the traditional "easy-going, fun-loving, friendly" description, but with an eclectic mix of hobbies, tastes, friends, beliefs and experiences thrown in just for good measure. I get told a lot that I'm different and even somewhat crazy, but in a unique and fun sort of way (I hope). Case(s) in point: I will go out of my way just to step on a crunchy leaf, dance around in the rain, (happily) spend hours stuck in the same spot because my cat fell asleep on me, jump out of planes, misquote movie lines every single chance I get, lose myself inside a book for hours, and put sprinkles on a random person's ice cream if they look too slow to stop me- simply because I can.
I enjoy learning new things, having new experiences, and do my best to challenge myself as often as possible. I definitely have plenty of typical hobbies and interests- cooking, sleeping, breathing, cleaning (yes, really!), catching the occasional sports game, going to concerts, exploring new breweries, kicking as much butt as possible at computer games, etc. etc. And because I can laugh, tease, and joke with just about anybody I've ever met, I like to think that my sense of humor and general fiestyness provide a lot of entertainment for both myself and those souls brave enough to associate with me. I do truly love to laugh, and to make people laugh, and even to laugh at myself so I try to make it happen as often as possible.
As for what I'm looking for...well the term "partner in crime" sounds pretty nice. Not literally speaking though mind you (learned the hard way that this apparently needed to be clarified...good ole internet!)
I refuse to establish a set-in-stone list of qualities that are absolutely necessary in order to associate with me but intelligence, a sense of humor, an open mind, and the ability to communicate well will all impress me terribly and possibly earn you a few gold stars.
Outside of all that, summarizing who I am, what I want, and where I'm going in life isn't easy- I'm simply one of those strange people you actually have to spend some time and energy to get to know.
