Hmmmm...well I was born up in norcal, but was raised in Michigan. So I like to think that I was instilled with the morals and values of the midwest. :) I just moved out here a year and a half ago and I love it! Right now, I am working as the Human Resource Manager for a sales company (I love my job). I keep myself pretty busy with work, so I'll be honest...I don't have tons of down time. But I have career goals in mind, and am working hard to achieve those. Traveling is a huge passion of mine (I have been to over 16 countries around the world). I was raised in a very musical family, and I play eight instruments. I was a music performance major for a few years before I switched to animal science. And anyone who knows me knows that I LOVE to cook...it's another one of my passions. And I especially love to learn how to cook food from other countries and cultures. I was raised in the country and worked with animals all my life, so if you don't like animals, we just won't be compatible. But I have a very elegant/professional side to me as well (comes with working in sales).
I don't really know what to expect from this. I tried this before a year or so ago, and the guys I met were looking for short-term, self-satisfying, one-night hook-up type of encounters. I'm not into that. Honestly, it would be nice to meet someone who has been through the hoops and can tell the difference between what they went with the first time, and what they truly want now. I'm very attracted to someone who has their own separate career and life separate from mine. I want someone who will compliment me, not depend on me. I have a great sense of humor and like to be around someone that makes me laugh! But above all, I'm looking for someone who can be my best friend.
