Meet a girl from California, United States. People have always told me I am an old soul. My friends and family have been telling me this my entire life-- I remember my aunt telling me I was an old soul when I was 7 years old. The phrase "old soul" is open to interpretation, but I take it to mean that I have an innate maturity and generally good judgement about people and situations.
Ever since the age of 10, my passion has been golf! Golf is my favorite way to relieve stress on the weekends; I try to play at least once a week. There is no sweeter feeling than launching monster drive after a long work week! Right now my handicap is 13, and have a personal goal of 9 by the end of 2013. I try not to take myself too seriously on the course though-- the most important thing about my round is having fun in the outdoors. I do use my hand wedge if necessary ;-) My other interests include hiking, US history, museums, flower arranging, appreciating art, practicing my Spanish, and volunteering.
I have a witty sense of humor that comes out among my best friends that you might not guess I had if you just met me. I think my coworkers and acquaintances think of me as very buttoned up, but when I'm in the company of good friends I crack a lot of one-liners.
