First off, let me just say right up front that I am absolutely not looking for a relationship here, nor anything serious, with this profile. I'm just here to make some friends (even just via e-mail is totally fine), date and maybe meet a few new, cool, local people to hang out with now and again. I'm already in a relationship, but neither my girlfriend, nor I, are super uptight about the other having friends of the opposite sex, etc. So, if you are some sort of monogamy-Nazi or believe your job in life is to go around telling everyone else how to lead their lives or how to build their relationships - please, click next right now.
Anyway, sorry about that. I just get tired of the "OMG, you have a girlfriend and you are on match???" type e-mails. Yes, I have a girlfriend; we actually met via match! She knew what she was getting into from day one haha :-) She respects my honesty and so should you - because if you have any experience with men, you know honest men are few and far between (and so are honest women, for that matter). But I digress...
So, WTF am I doing on match?
Hmm, that's a good question... maybe because meeting people in Monterey is like trying to accomplish room temperature fusion? Mainly, I just don't get out all that much. I'm pretty much retired and so I don't work in an office any more. So, short of some super hot UPS woman showing up at our door, my odds of meeting new people is just about slim to none most days.
Anyway, if you are still reading at this point, my interests include making great espresso / coffee, electrical engineering, quantum physics, welding, fabrication, gardening and keeping my house from falling apart around me. I can fix just about anything that is broken - which makes me very popular among my women friends with cars that were manufactured prior to 2010. I also enjoy riding motorcycles, reading, cooking, baking, the stock market, vegas, cabo. I'm a big fan of women and really enjoy the company of pleasant people. If you like coffee and/or are into riding motorcycles, definitely wink or e-mail to say hello. Who knows, maybe we'll hit it off. Age doesn't really matter, as long as you are healthy and take good care of yourself. Tattoos and piercings are definitely a plus, but certainly not a requirement. An open mind is very sexy also.
