Date someone special from United States. Hi, my name is Patrick, Pat, or Paddy depending on how comfortable people are with me,
I'm looking for friendship that can lead to something more, but for the most part, for now, I'm looking for somebody to hang out with and enjoy what this area has to offer. I'd like to start a good friendship and hope for a LTR. Maybe do some day trips around the Bay Area. You know, take it slow and get to know each other.
My traveling companion is my Shepherd/Husky mix Bailey and as great as he is, I think I need something more.
For the past couple years I thought if I go to the places I love and do the things I like to do I may bump into someone who likes doing the same things. For all I know, I've met her several times. But after a polite smile, a "Good morning" or "Hello", we've continued by each other on the beach or trail and we went on our separate ways. Hmmmm. So I thought I'd give this a try.
I'm easy going, social and I'm looking for someone I can laugh with, talk to, and enjoy traveling up and down the coast, finding good places to eat and enjoy the sights the Bay Area has to offer. I'm a lifelong San Jose native (I think there's only two or three of us left) and can be a good tour guide too!
I'm a really good cook ( REALLY) and I enjoy cooking. Pan seared steaks with a nice red wine reduction, garlic mashed potatoes and a veggie for color. Easy Peasey. Yummers!
In my spare time, I enjoy taking a day trip with or without my dog, and hope to get a good nature pic. Sometimes I get one and it makes me happy! It's not too hard around here. The Bay Area and Monterey have some of the most beautiful sights I can think of. Every time I drive the coast or through the hills it just leaves me hungry for more. I go to Yosemite several times a year and each time I go, it's like the first time all over again.
My job allows me the pleasure of joy rides in small airplanes, from time to time, and flying up the coast, looking for whales or just taking in the view is a nice way to start the day. Aerobatics are fun, too!
People think I'm funny, and I laugh a lot. I'm easy going and try not to take things too seriously.
About you; You're a nice sweet person. You're easy going and enjoy good food. You're okay with having the car door opened for you. Chivalry is not dead, but it seems to be wounded sometimes. When going to the super market with a female friend, I'm more than happy to jump in front of her and wave my hand in front of the automated door! Then, of course stand back and allow her to go first. : ) Sorry, that's my light humor. Sometimes it's hard to open doors for the ladies.
