Meet a woman from Indian Wells, United States. People often say I look younger than my years. I am not sure if that is true, but it certainly makes me feel good to hear it! I am friendly, quietly outgoing, but shy, so I may not always be the first one to speak. I am kind, considerate of others feelings and beliefs, encouraging, loyal, and trustworthy. I am a plus size lady, who is diabetic, so I am currently concerned with losing weight for my health. Having said that, my health does not keep me from being active and involved. I am retired, so my time is my own, and I spend it enjoying my friends, playing cards ,or occassionally going to bingo at the local casinos, or at a country club. I am not a "socialite", going to fancy parties or other socal affairs, though I do enjoy the occassional little parties at the club house where I live. I like to travel when I can, either a quick day trip, or a longer planned journey, maybe to visit one of my sisters or sight-seeing. But I always like having a home to come home to. I do not play an instrument or sing, other than warbling along to a favorite tune, but I enjoy various types of music, from rock'n roll (I grew up during the whole 60's British Invasion era, so the Beatles, were always my favorite, along with the Rolling Stones, Dave Clark 5, many others etc.) Also enjoy Billy Joel, Neil Diamond, Beach Boys, Heart. My parents liked music as well, so I grew up to appreciate all kinds of music, Big Band 30's-40's, smooth jazz, classical, some folk, blues, even some country, depending on who's singing and how long I have to listen to it. :)
My personal philosophy of how to live my life has always been to treat others the way I would like to be treated. That is, with kindness and respect.

I work hard to keep a youthful presence and my glass is always more than half full. I love to entertain friends but also cherish those quiet times by the fire in winter with a great glass of red wine or beach wading with pant legs rolled up. I am as happy in my bare feet as I am in high heels(but I do love my high heels)...I love to belly laugh and never take myself too seriously. I guess the most important thing is I have no baggage..I am foot loose and fancy free..I have one married daughter whom I adore. I have never had a problem dating but that perfect someonejust hasn't met me yet.
Let me tell you about him........ He is successful, centered, cant wait to make me laugh, treasures and adores me and cant wait to introduce me to his friends. He is kind and gentle but has strong convictions. He is aware of his own empowerment but doesn't allow it to manifest as power over others. He is able to travel and is generous with his time. He has loving relationships with his family and friends. We both like the idea of fitting into each others lives and not taking over. When I see his face my heart smiles and when I feel his touch my heart sings. He knows I will always have his back.
