Date a soulmate from California, United States. 'They' say, a wink is as good as a nod to a blind horse. I was a member for about 2 years as I recovered from a long term relationship. I'm ready to meet actual people now andI have decided to again join the masses.
The picture in pink and the one sitting on the stairstep are from September, 2008. The others were taken May, 2009. Really haven't changed much in the last 2-3 years. Will update someday. And how about you? kah
I am a casual person. I prefer jeans to the business suit I wear to work. I cook well, but prefer to cook for more than one so I seldom cook. esq1
My 'perfect' match would be a "youthful" 60ish man who still enjoys rock concerts eg the Who, Rolling Stones, or comedy, maybe Kathy Griffin. Someone who likes to stroll Disneyland on a summer night and the Getty on a winter's day. He is intelligent, passionate (so overused these days!), loving, and kind. att
We laugh at the same sometimes inappropriate things, sometimes for reasons unknown to others. We are the best of friends. "Grow old along with me, the best is yet to be." (I'm sure this one is getting a little trite ~the current trend seems to be: Come bungie jump with me, we'll skydive to eternity. No thanks.)
More and more I find I enjoy the music of days past...the standards eg I Only Have Eyes for You, The Way You Look Tonight etc. BUT, I also enjoy rock and roll particularly of the 60s. Blues and classical are fine when the mood is right.
I'm looking for a monogomous someone to share weekends with, perhaps some evenings during the week and if we work well together, longer vacations. I do know I'm looking for a long term relationship. Exactly what kind of relationship is a little unclear right now. net
I am a liberal in most aspects of my life. Worldly enough to be considered "cool" by those who know me. I am quirky and direct (as I have been told by those who read this profile!) I generally play well with others but all of us have our days and our 'buttons'.
Contrary to social snobbery, I love good TV, particularly the outrageous and irreverent.
If you've gotten this far, and anything clicks, e me, I'd love to hear from you.
