What makes me, me? I have lived in several different countries and continents, spiritually evolved through intense martial art practice, to yoga, meditation, and I love nature. I love the breathless feeling one gets from hugging a redwood, watching a great surfer, seeing a flamingo in her wild habitat, reading a great poem (book, essay, article), listening to Keith Jarrett, and starting at a Roethke painting or a Jaspar Johns lithograph.
