I used to be a real estate developer -- it was a life of too-much work and high financial risk. But now I'm a passive holder of residential income properties -- it's a life of no work and almost no risk! I manage things from my home office, dressed in pajamas.
I get up every morning, step out on my deck and sip a cup of tea while gazing at the panoramic view stretching from the San Mateo Bridge to Marin while petting my cat, Queenie, and thinking about what a great place I've moved to.
I love to watch the fog roll around Nob Hill, the Golden Gate Bridge and Angel Island ... or the sun kiss the skyscrapers of the Financial District.
Meanwhile, I'm seeking for new ways to bring meaning to life. I just finished a Master's in Demography at UCB and I'm working on becoming a freelance writer of fact-based nonfiction. My professional background is economics.
But mostly, I'm hoping to have a satisfying personal life here in this wonderful, vibrant city.
I'm great with teenagers and have no problem with a man who has joint custody of his children.
I'd like to get out and explore the city, Napa, the Sierras, the beach ... have some great times and build a loving relationship with someone important to me.
