i'm kind of a home body but having a great sanctuary is a factor. i have traveled twice to Paris and it was wonderful, but long plane flights are not fun. plus, as a self employed person it's hard to get away for more than a few days at a time.
i don't like to fight crowds for live events, but a few live sports or music events a year are worth the effort. not much of a sports fan.
I try to keep balance between work and leisure but can't always put work thoughts out of my mind.
i take care of myself with regular exercise (for 25 years) and a relatively healthy life style and eating habits and am told that i don't look my age.
when i'm not working, i like to hike at the park across the road, work in the garden , putter on the house or maintain my vehicles. dining out on weekends and blues and jazz clubs are what mostly gets me out of the house.
music enjoyment, especially at home--all genre--is a major part of my life and keeps me from most television show.
i am current with technology at work but not off work and am not a gadget person except in the work place.
