Date a man from Rancho Palos Verdes, United States. I'm looking for a sweet lady who enjoys life and is joyful, kind, fun to be with, a bit adventuresome, enjoys travelling, and is a good conversationalist. There is no specific physical description I have in mind.
Meet someone special from Rancho Palos Verdes, United States. Mick Jagger once expressed it perfectly. "You can't always get what you want . . . and if you try sometime, you find, you get what you need." To me, Mick's words represent my life mission statement, or manifesto, that one should apply to all endeavors, including the search for a perfect mate.
An initial attraction is obviously important, but we all know it doesn't end there. The other essentials are critical as well: unwavering affection, respect, honesty, and a passion to continue to have silly fun and loving moments together. I want to offer them all to someone who is searching for the same.
Neil Young, another musician/philosopher said, “It’s better to burn out, than it is to rust.” To me, this means resisting the tug of chronological age by thinking and acting younger than you are, and enjoying every minute of it. I want to live my life that way, and I am looking for an affectionate and sincere partner who can share that ethos.
Traveling with an enthusiastic and affectionate partner cannot fail to bring exciting and interesting experiences , while building lifelong memories for us to cherish. But one can create that enthusiasm for living even while at home. If we’re sitting around on a weekend, and get the urge to do something totally different – cook some weird ethnic dish; go to a club and listen to teen music; start planning another vacation to a place we can hardly pronounce; or just jump in the car, turn the music on loud, and drive to a hotel where the sound of waves drives us crazy – you will find me a willing and enthusiastic “partner in crime.” I have done all those things, and will revel in that type of spontaneity.
These are not just words for me. I’ve worked hard to keep myself looking like I feel. Recently, I have hiked the trails near Macchu Picchu in Peru, sailed from Acapulco to El Salvador, done some deep scuba dives in Maui, and gone to India and the ancient Silk Road with a group of professors and young students as part of my world history classes studying British India and China.
The “dry” stats about who I am are there for you to see. I’m an accomplished professional man with my own home overlooking L. A. Harbor, the view from which never fails to mesmerize me. I have somewhat of a "passion" for the ocean -- sailing, scuba and snorkeling, and just plain being near water. And if it's important, I can attest to being financially secure, and far healthier than men 10-15 years younger.
Finally, although I am not close to what would be called a professional chef, I loved to cook, learning from my Italian mother and grandparents -- dishes I have made before, and ones I just grab out of cookbooks. My friends rave about my carnitas, New England clambake, homemade Italian tomato sauce, and just about anything with curry. If we can connect, I would find the pleasure of cooking multiplied by having someone to share it with.
As my headline implies, we all have to feed our "hungry hearts," in many more ways than one.
