Admittedly, it does take a bit for me to open up to people, however, when I do I've been known to be intensely loyal (and a tad protective) to those who are closest to me. I have to thank my mom for that sense of loyalty because since I am an only child my best friends have sorta come to have sibling status.
I value humor very much because it's such a great way to not only express yourself, but also a way to make friends, spark conversation and of course lighten even the glummest of moods. I would love to find someone who not only compliments my sense of humor but can dish it right back at me!
My job keeps me quite busy, but seeing your efforts pay off is such an empowering feeling...that it makes everything worth it. I do tend to be have strong opinions about the way things should be done and have been called ahem stubborn at times, hehe! I try to always keep an open mind though, which means that I am definitely receptive/respectful to others' opinions and thoughts.
